Olavs Rāciņš

Occupation: Artificial intelligence (AI), innovation, and digital transformation.

Work experience: Graduated from the IT and start-up education program "StartSchool," building several technology start-ups. Helped companies develop technical prototypes and implement AI solutions with Delulu Solutions. Led workshops on AI, automation, prototyping, innovation, creativity, and digital skills in collaboration with Manakabata.lv, Young Media House, Nucleate Baltics, Kizuna Studio, and others. He has taught "Digital Transformation II" at the Banku Augstskola and mentored young entrepreneurs in Latvia, Serbia, and North Africa.

He currently works as an ICT management process manager in the project management department at VARAM.

Lydia Westerhold

Employment: Instructor in ITIL®, AI, digital transformation, and modern work methods with over 20 years of experience in leadership, service processes, and consulting. She supports organizations in optimizing IT-based processes, focusing on service management, communication, and automation.

Certificates obtained: certified ITIL® Managing Professional and MMAI® participant.

Training methods: Lydia combines strong methodological knowledge with hands-on AI implementation expertise. For several years, she has been delivering practical, interactive trainings on ITIL®, IT-supported work, Atlassian tools, and agile methods – always with a focus on real-life application and people.

Raitis Linde

Occupation: Design team leader, lecturer, and co-working workshop moderator with more than 15 years of experience in international digital service design and development.

Work experience: Raitis has worked in the telecommunications, finance, and productivity sectors, as well as led training sessions at conferences and organizations.

Teaching approach: Pays attention to collaboration, participant engagement, and the practical application of knowledge.

Roberts Kovaļauskis

Occupation: BDA lecturer, ISTQB program lecturer, and QA/SDET with experience in test automation.

Work experience: lectures and mentoring, preparing students for ISTQB exams. Worked on fintech and SaaS projects in Canada and Latvia, created maintainable frameworks and improved the quality culture in teams.

Certificates obtained: ISTQB.

Teaching approach: explaining complex testing concepts in an understandable and structured way. Classes include many practical tasks, real-life examples, and exercises to best prepare students for the international certification exam.

Dace Bole

Occupation: Doctor of Economics and Business Sciences. Expert in personnel and administrative structure management.

Work experience: More than 20 years of practical work experience in the banking, trade, construction, and information technology sectors. Practicing psychologist. Since 2019, lecturer at BU Turiba in business, customer and social psychology courses in Latvian and English.

Teaching approach: Conducts practical and in-depth training for companies, paying particular attention to the correlation between experience, science, and human capabilities.

Brigita Mironova

Occupation: Growth coach in sales, telemarketing, and stress management.

Work experience: More than 25 years of experience in sales team management. For the past 8 years, Brigita has been working as a sales coach, helping teams from various companies achieve their most ambitious goals. She has collaborated with LMT, A/S "Citadeles Banka", GELSVA, the Ministry of Economics, KVIST, Maxima Latvija, Swedbank, Tele2, Lidl, and other companies and government institutions.

Teaching approach: Based on various experiential learning methods. Brigita is able to encourage people to challenge themselves to move towards their goals.
