Course target
- To provide participants with a comprehensive overview of project management principles, concepts and best practices.
- To provide participants with tools and techniques that are necessary to effectively plan, execute, monitor and control projects.
- To train participants on how to manage project risks, changes and mitigate potential problems in the project.
- To train participants on how to effectively manage resources, including budgets, schedules and human resources.
- To train participants on how to effectively communicate with the stakeholders involved in the project.
- To train participants on how to effectively lead and motivate the project team, resolve conflicts.
- To train participants on how to evaluate the project progress and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- To prepare participants for the PMP certification exam.
The training consists of 2 parts:
- 5 days of theoretical training according to the description of best practice developed by the Project Institute Management (PMBOOK guide)
- 2-day consultative seminar to help you prepare for the exam
During the seminar, you will have the opportunity to pass a test with equivalent questions as taking the exam.

At Course Completion
After successful course completion students are able:
- Operate with the basic concepts of project management and be able to communicate their meaning to other stakeholders of the projects they are going to be involved in.
- Differentiate between 49 project management processes and their elements as described in PMBOK Guide.
- Judge the necessity to use the appropriate tools and techniques for each individual processes and defend the need for customization of the methods for their individual projects.
- Develop a project management plan and other project documents necessary for the planning of the project.
- Manage everyday situation in the project, recognize the deviations from the plans, and apply the appropriate troubleshooting methods in case of deviations.
- Evaluate the results of work completed and understand the need for communicating those results to other stakeholders.
- Critically analyze the amount and quality of the knowledge of project management concepts and one’s own shortcomings in the methodology of project management and develop a self-development plan for improvement.
Prerequisites
Good English language reading skills.
High school diploma or global equivalent (necessary)
Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent (preferred).
Project management experience (minimum 3 years).

Certification Exam
Vaucher for the PMP exam is included in the course’s price.
