This course is designed for those people who are interested in using AI technologies to drive operational efficiency and innovation in everyday tasks, with the aim of improving business processes through automation.

• Understand the basic principles of AI and machine learning, including how these technologies are used in the context of business process automation;
• Recognize opportunities to use AI solutions in your work environment to optimize operations, improve decision-making and efficiency;
• Apply AI solutions without programming to design and implement AI models for automating tasks, analyzing data and generating insights, without the need for programming skills;
• Understand the data privacy and ethical considerations when using AI;
• Promote innovation through AI technologies, not only to automate existing processes, but also to create new opportunities for value creation and improved competitiveness.

Basic digital skills are required, experience with spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn and try out new and innovative technological solutions are desirable.
