Kirils has earned three higher education degrees with honors, including a master's degree in computer science from the University of Latvia, specializing in computer networks and project management. His professional experience is complemented by an internship at the NATO Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence, developing the red team exercise "Crossed Swords".
