Professional experience: Edgar's knowledge of web design and usability reflects his passion for creating user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing experiences, but IT management is also one of his strengths. The lecturer also has skills in project management, public relations, and marketing.

Agate Jarmakoviča
Agate Jarmakoviča

Occupation: IT project manager and lecturer specializing in research data management, open science, testing, and digital skills.

Work experience: IT project manager for research data management solutions at RSU, data model developer and Power BI analyst. More than 3 years of experience in software testing and more than 4 years of experience working as a lecturer at BDA and VAS (some of the course topics – Microsoft 365, Google tools, data visualization, digital communication).

Certificates obtained: ISTQB.

Teaching approach: Combines technical competence with a pedagogical approach to promote the development of digital skills and understanding of technologies and their applications.

Mārtiņš Bonders
Mārtiņš Bonders

Occupation: Head of the Information Department with more than 20 years of experience in the information and communication technology (IT) sector.

Professional experience: Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. Martins Bonders is also a lecturer at Riga Technical University.

Teaching approach: Combining practical knowledge and real-life experience with theory.

Ieva Maļinovska
Ieva Maļinovska

Occupation: Graphic designer and IT support specialist.

Work experience: 11 years as a self-employed graphic designer, as well as participation in various projects organized by local governments, creating workbooks for children, event banners, posters, and brochure designs.
Since 2021, she has been teaching continuing education courses for adults in various graphic design programs: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, as well as leading online practical masterclasses for adults on the graphic design program Canva.

She has participated several times as a lecturer in the Riga TechGirls courses "Humanly About Technology," leading master classes for representatives of the creative field, educators, and health professionals.

She currently works in the cultural field in her region, creating advertising and urban environment designs for the city and region on a daily basis.
