Occupation: IREB-certified information systems requirements engineer, IT business analyst and project manager with experience in large-scale public information system design and systems analysis. She has also worked as a debater, mentor and lecturer at the Latvian Debating Association.

Currently, Annija is pursuing a master's degree in engineering in business informatics at Riga Technical University, which includes a study exchange period at the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University in Sweden.

Uldis Karlovs-Karlovskis
Uldis Karlovs-Karlovskis

Occupation: CTO / IT coach – DevOps and artificial intelligence (AI) implementation expert with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Author of the "Professional DevOps" approach, where technology integrates with culture, people, and real business value.

Work experience: During his professional career, Uldis has created and led one of the largest DevOps teams in Europe (Accenture, 150 engineers). He specializes in AI implementation in B2B companies. Co-founder and technical director at ZenIS Group. The autonomous teams he has created are always distinguished by a high sense of responsibility, quality work, and meaningful efficiency.

Certifications: Certified Kubernetes administrator and DevOps leader.
