Kursa mērķis

The training course will help you to prepare Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) exam.

SMC™ professionals are facilitators who ensure that the Scrum Team is provided with an environment conducive to completing the project successfully. The Scrum Master guides, facilitates, and teaches Scrum practices to everyone involved in the project; clears impediments for the team; and, ensure that Scrum processes are being followed.

Kursa mērķauditorija

This course is focusing on Scrum Masters and people with similar responsibilities, but the course is great for anyone interested in Scrum framework and Agile methodology. For people with less experience, it will provide a solid foundation for understanding how to apply Scrum and Agile correctly.

For experienced people, it will provide an opportunity to peek deeper into the foundations of Agile and fine-tune understanding of the Scrum framework. Even very experienced people will walk out of the class with new insights and reflections.
