AI Strategy for C-Level Executives
Many business leaders in Latvia are currently facing the same challenge: they need to implement artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across their organizations—quickly. Boards, shareholders, competitors, and employees all expect progress, yet there is often no clear framework for doing it strategically.
This course changes that.
It is an intensive 16 academic-hour executive program designed for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and business owners. Each learning module concludes with a practical deliverable that participants can immediately apply in their organizations. By the end of the course, every participant will develop and present a personalized one-page AI Strategy for their organization.
There is no theory without practice. No generic recommendations. Only practical frameworks and tools that executives can use to successfully lead AI adoption within their organizations.
