ISO/IEC 42001 lead implementer
Through the ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer course, you will gain the competencies required to effectively plan, implement, manage, monitor, maintain, and continually improve an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS).
Course Target
The training focuses on the practical application of AI and the practical aspects of implementing an AIMS, including essay-type exercises and multiple-choice tests, some of which are based on specific scenarios.

At Course Completion you will be able to
- Explain the fundamental concepts and principles of an AIMS based on ISO/IEC 42001.
- Interpret the ISO/IEC 42001 requirements for an AIMS from an implementer’s perspective.
- Initiate and plan the implementation of an AIMS based on ISO/IEC 42001, using the PECB IMS2 methodology and other best practices.
- Support the organization in ensuring the operation, maintenance, and continual improvement of an AIMS based on ISO/IEC 42001.
- Prepare the organization for a third-party certification audit.
Prerequisites
General knowledge of AIMS and ISO/IEC 42001 is required.

Course Outline
Day 1: Introduction to the ISO/IEC 42001 standard and initiation of AIMS implementation.
Day 2: Planning the implementation of an AIMS.
Day 3: Implementing an AIMS.
Day 4: Monitoring and continually improving the AIMS, and preparing for the certification audit.
