The team led by Inese Zarina introduced the first customer service chatbot in Latvian.

Ilze Rassa
Ilze Rassa

Occupation: Communication architect, consultant, and trainer with more than 20 years of experience in communications, presentation skills, personal branding, and digital leadership.

Work experience: Ilze has led training sessions for companies, state and international organizations, teaching both individuals and groups. Experience in developing, managing and implementing communication strategies for the President of Latvia, NATO, Statoil Latvia, Rail Baltica and the banking sector. Organized NATO summits, the US President's visit to Latvia, and the Rail Baltica Global Forum.

Recipient of the Cross of Recognition and LASAP "Golden Button" award, member of the Baltic PR Awards jury.

Irina follows the development of the business analyst profession around the world with interest, promotes business analysis and helps analysts prepare for international certification exams.

Andrejs Adamovičs

Occupation: A skilled specialist with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in software delivery processes and infrastructure. As an independent DevOps consultant, he excels at implementing DevOps initiatives and processes using tools such as AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and others.

Professional experience: Since 2011, Andrejs has been sharing his in-depth knowledge by teaching his DevOps MasterClass (eXtreme Automation) course, which he has taught more than 200 times in various European locations, including Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Great Britain, Romania, Estonia, and Latvia.

Teaching approach: The instructor includes many practical tasks and real-life examples in the learning process, encouraging participants to continue learning.

In addition to his professional activities, Andrejs often participates in international conferences and local community events as a guest lecturer. Andrejs multifaceted approach to technology and education makes him a valuable mentor and leader in the IT community.
