Course target

Build and develop practical risk management skills and critical thinking and risk-based decision-making competencies. With the help of practical examples and tools, you will gain experience in identifying and managing risks. The course provides an insight into how different risk management techniques work in practice, what are the challenges and their effective solutions.

This course allows representatives of various industries to better understand what risk management is in practice and what practical tools companies can use to manage them. It will be useful for any sustainability-oriented company and their employees, such as business managers, CFOs and accountants, project managers, operations and technology managers, IT managers, legal support staff, auditors and inspectors.
