1. Outlook 2016 environment tour
- Open and explore the program.
- Explore the program tips and help sections.
- Customize the appearance of the Navigation Pane, Reading Pane, Task Bar, and People Pane.
- Work with the ribbon and tabs.
- Customize the Quick Access Toolbar.
- Close the program.
2. Outlook Contacts
- Open your Contacts folder.
- Create a new contact.
- Edit contact information.
- Search for contacts.
