COBIT® 2019 Foundation
The COBIT® 2019 Foundation course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the COBIT framework and its principles. It covers the key components of COBIT, including its governance and management practices, and how they can be applied to achieve business objectives and address IT-related challenges. Through this course, participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to support effective governance and management of enterprise IT.
ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support
The Create Deliver and Support qualification provides you with an understanding on how to integrate different value streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT-enabled products and services, and relevant practices, methods and tools. It will also give you an understanding of service performance, service quality and improvement methods. The examination assesses whether you can demonstrate sufficient understanding and application of ITIL 4 to the creation, delivery and support of services, as described in the CDS syllabus. The ITIL 4 CDS qualification is one of the pre-requisites for the designation of ITIL 4 Managing Professional which assesses the candidate’s practical and technical knowledge about how to run successful, modern IT-enabled services, teams and workflows.
ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan & Improve
The ITIL 4 Direct Plan and Improve qualification provides you with the practical skills necessary to create a ‘learning and improving’ IT organization, with a strong and effective strategic direction. It teaches you a practical and strategic method for planning and delivering continual improvement with the necessary agility. The is one of the pre-requisites for the designation of ITIL 4 Managing Professional which assesses the candidate’s practical and technical knowledge about how to run successful IT-enabled services, teams and workflows. It is also a pre-requisite for the designation of ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, which assesses the candidate’s ability to build and implement an effective IT and digital strategy that can tackle digital disruption and drive success.
ITIL 4 Foundation enables candidates to look at IT Service Management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services.
TOGAF 9.2 Advanced
The TOGAF 9.2 Advanced course is a follow-up course to TOGAF 9.2 Foundation designed for enterprise architects seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills. This course focuses on the application of TOGAF concepts and methods in real-world scenarios, enabling participants to analyze and implement architectural principles effectively. Through interactive sessions and case studies, learners will gain proficiency in developing and governing enterprise architectures to drive successful business outcomes.
TOGAF 9.2 Foundation
