In cooperation with BDA, we have developed several e-courses that have been given to colleagues for daily use and learning new knowledge. The most extensive cooperation with the company has been in the development of a data and IT security e-course, which every colleague of the "Tet" group must learn once a year. On behalf of Miele Baltics, I want to share our experience for the comprehensive training – workshop provided on AI tools for our colleagues. The workshop included overlook of ChatGPT, Copilot, and various visualization tools. The training delivered by BDA lecturer Kristaps Eniņš was thorough, suitable for both gaining general overview and very practical tips for everyday work.
