In cooperation with BDA, we have developed several e-courses that have been given to colleagues for daily use and learning new knowledge. The most extensive cooperation with the company has been in the development of a data and IT security e-course, which every colleague of the "Tet" group must learn once a year. The course is user friendly and convenient. BDA is always responsive, fast and professionally responds to any kind of technical needs. Attitude and the quality of work - these are two cornerstones, why we would recommend cooperation with BDA!

On behalf of Miele Baltics, I want to share our experience for the comprehensive training – workshop provided on AI tools for our colleagues. The workshop included overlook of ChatGPT, Copilot, and various visualization tools. The training delivered by BDA lecturer Kristaps Eniņš was thorough, suitable for both gaining general overview and very practical tips for everyday work. The sessions were well-structured and included practical examples that helped our team understand and implement these tools. We have received good feedback from our colleagues, who found the training to be both informative and practical.
