Claude Fundamentals
Anthropic’s Claude artificial intelligence (AI) platform is rapidly gaining popularity among organizations, increasingly being adopted alongside or in place of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. In this course, you will learn everything you need to quickly and effectively start using Claude today.
Through a variety of practical exercises, you will explore the Claude ecosystem — Claude.ai, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code — enabling you to actively use the chat interface, workflow execution capabilities, and coding and design tools, even without technical expertise.

Work experience: Graduated from the IT and start-up education program "StartSchool," building several technology start-ups. Helped companies develop technical prototypes and implement AI solutions with Delulu Solutions. Led workshops on AI, automation, prototyping, innovation, creativity, and digital skills in collaboration with Manakabata.lv, Young Media House, Nucleate Baltics, Kizuna Studio, and others. He has taught "Digital Transformation II" at the Banku Augstskola and mentored young entrepreneurs in Latvia, Serbia, and North Africa.
He currently works as an ICT management process manager in the project management department at VARAM.

- Using Claude Cowork and Claude Code to complete real-world work tasks.
- The functionality, use cases, and best practices of Research, Memory, Projects, Skills, Artifacts, Connectors, Web Search, Dispatch, and Design Claude features.
Audience
Anyone who wants to fully leverage AI to work faster, more efficiently, and more effectively. The course is suitable for both beginners who are new to AI and experienced users who already work with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI tools in their daily activities.
At Course Completion you will be able to
- Use Claude to accomplish a wide range of tasks.
- Automate routine activities, including email drafting, report preparation, and data analysis.
- Use Claude Code to create simple utility applications, even without programming knowledge.
- Use Claude Design to create presentations.
Prerequisites
A Claude Pro or another subscription plan (Max, Team, or Enterprise) is required (starting from EUR 15/month). The subscription must be activated before the course begins. More information is available at: https://claude.com/product/overview.
Participants must also have access to the Claude Desktop application, available at: https://claude.com/download.
No prior experience with AI or programming is required.
