Course target

Improving knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Project to develop and manage project plans. The newly acquired knowledge and skills will be useful in planning various projects, gathering information, and controlling project progress.

5. Project Plan Adjustment

  • Adjustment of project plan tasks.
