Course target
Improving knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Project to develop and manage project plans. The newly acquired knowledge and skills will be useful in planning various projects, gathering information, and controlling project progress.
Audience
- Project managers who want to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for managing project plans.
- Project team members who will use this application to view project information, track progress, and create reports.
