Digital behavior and communication in the professional environment
The range of everyday work tools is rapidly expanding with new digital tools, within which we need to communicate and collaborate with others. This communication must be in accordance with digital behavior. The training provides up-to-date information about digital behavior, generally accepted norms and how they are formed.
Course Target
Develop an in-depth understanding and practical skills about:
- etiquette and its difference from etiquette;
- the impact of changes in communication channels, space and form on communication and professional communication;
- differences in digital communication between generations of the team;
- communication tips in email, chat rooms, video conferencing and social media environments;
- the challenges of artificial intelligence (AI) and the creation of new norms of etiquette.
Audience
Any professional who actively engages, communicates, and interacts with others in the digital environment and wants to do so in accordance with the norms set by netiquette in order to promote collaboration and strengthen human relationships.
The training is suitable for a wide range of participants.
At Course Completion you will be able to:
- Understand the evolution and changing nature of netiquette in digital communication.
- Understand the main norms of digital behavior and communication.
- Communicate effectively in digital channels and in real-life situations – in email correspondence, chat rooms, social networks and video conference calls.
- Understand the perspectives of different generations on netiquette norms and know how to act if they differ.
