Designing and facilitating engaging meetings
In one day, during the training, you will gain clarity on how to make meetings not only better and more effective, but also connect them to the culture of the company, department, project or team. We will look at and try several techniques on how to access and fully utilize the collective potential that often remains unused.
This is a very important aspect in the work of any company or smaller structure, because the client no longer sees each individual separately, but rather the result of the cooperation of many people.
