Course target

Success as an  Project manager depends on the ability to define, plan, organise, control and complete a variety of tasks with a finite set of resources. Project + course develops and tests critical business knowledge, interpersonal skills and Project Management techniques, focusing on the development of the Project manager rather than on a collection of tasks and terms.
